We predict that inventory will increase in the upcoming months as spring is typically the busiest time of year in real estate. Mortgage interest rates are also driving the change in the market. The interest rate for a 30 year fixed mortgage is currently averaging 6.625% and a 15 year fixed mortgage interest rate is currently averaging 6.250%.
